Refund policy

If you have received the wrong product or a damaged product, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange the return and express ship the correct / replaced product.

No refunds will be given for change of mind; however, you can exchange or receive a credit so long as the products have not been used and are still in their original packaging when returned.  Original shipping paid will not be refunded and shipping cost to return the items are payable by the customer.

There are no exchanges or credits on sale items.

All returns must be within 14 days of purchase.
